Smells

Blogging from the tablet tonight. We will see how it goes.

This week has been a little crazy. Monday I headed to my appointment with my midwife and as we were almost there I heard the most pitiful voice say, "mommy I threw up." We rescheduled and it has been sickness all week and Anthony has been out of town. Eli has been I'm a mood so he has been a little difficult. Thankfully Lillian has been pretty good and a clown.

She also decided to help me cook dinner on Monday night. She pulled the potato bag out of the pantry. There were a whole two potatoes and she decided to try to eat them and put them all over including finding my shoes and stuffing them in there.




Eli has not wanted me to bother him really so that is fine. He and I have colored together a lot and played a lot of blocks. He also has just layed around from not feeing well. Through it all the house has smelled sick due to throwing up. Thankfully I got something in the mail to help with that smell and I am thrilled. Welcome to the world of Scentsy!!! I love candles. I also love to decorate my house. Sadly, I have two wonderful little people that destroy decorations so I have given up. Eli was a climber and Lilliana pulls everything down. So instead of always saying no I just put everything away. Well I decided I would try something new. These are like candles but no flame as they are heated with a bulb. The scent we started out with is Blueberry Cheesecake and it smells divine!! My house smells wonderful. Anthony even said it smelled good when he walked in. I got a big warmer and a plug in one. I got three scents too.....I love all of them so far!


Last but not least I finally finished my wall of display boards. This wall use to have a big one and two small ones. Then a long came Ari so I decided to do something different. I use to be so diligent about changing them every month but that has not happened so I went simple this time! It turned out great and I am glad it is done.

These boards are magnetic and are from Creative Memories. I love them!

Tomorrow is Eli's day as we will be celebrating his birthday and little does he know he gets to go to the store and pick out what he gets tomorrow from us! I will surprise you too! It is hard to believe 3 years ago around this time I just found out I had preeclampsia with him and was getting ready to begin the induction process!
