A Very Merry Christmas

We had a wonderful relaxing Christmas day. The kids may have been up at 5:30 a.m. but that was ok. I guess it was pay back for when I use to get my family up that early on Christmas morning.

We were once again blessed with many wonderful gifts from family. Anthony and I also enjoyed watching the kids open gifts we had spent a lot of time considering for them.

The ever famous bath stuff. As mentioned previously Eli helped Anthony wrap my gifts and Eli proceeded to come downstairs and tell me I got bath stuff.

I know a lot of opening of gifts. A lot of gifts were from family so I wanted to make sure they could see them opening their gifts.

This moment of Lilliana made my day. I have waited for the day for her to be interested in babies and want to be a little mom and she has been doing it and I LOVE it.

Ari did not wake up as early so he opened his presents after we were done. As I sat him down to open them with him he sat up on his own.

The past two days we have just enjoyed relaxing and the kids have enjoyed their new toys.

We played our first game of Candyland. I have to say the characters on the board game have changed in the past 15-20 years. They look a little more like Brats dolls at least the Ice Princess does. They still loved playing.

Lilliana enjoyed giving her new baby a bath last night.

We played in the snow today. It was Ari's first time really getting to go out in it.

This is how I kept him up so he could see while I shoveled..........

Then I tried to get a picture of all three. That did not go over well. Lilliana cried the entire time. She wanted to go inside. She takes after her Grandma Nicole in not wanting to be outside in the cold. They would get a long wonderfully in the winter if they lived by each other.

We played for a few more minutes....

Then this happened and it was time to go in.............

I fully expected a screaming baby but it did not phase him a bit. We came inside and Lilliana played with her babies while Eli and I played Go Fish. It was Eli's first time and he did great. He loved it.

It has been a nice relaxing couple of days and I hope to continue it through the weekend.
