If you have spent any amount of time with my kids especially my boys you know they are a tad bit obsessed with Star Wars, and they haven't even seen the new movies. We let them watch one and it was all downhill from there. They draw Star Wars battles and all presents revolve around something Star Wars. They have begged for years to be something Star Wars for Halloween. Since the girls and getting pregnant with them Halloween has taken a huge back seat. I just have mentally not been able to devote the time or energy to costume design. In fact the past two years we haven't even done trick or treating. This year they asked early though! So we planned it. I sewed all their costumes in an afternoon. Then Anthony and I made the robots. I made BB-8 pretty much and Anthony made R2-D2. Needless to say they are all very excited. My Grandma made my Halloween costumes, so I am excited to carry on this tradition. Hopefully we continue this one.
