They Grow Too Quick

I have had to reogranize pictures and videos on the computer  off  the hard drive. I began the task today and got really distracted watching old videos of Eli. I can't believe how little he use to be. He grew up so quick and was into everything at a very early age. Lilliana has not gotten too much to the point Eli was. Even when he was rolling he was into everything. Thank goodness she just rolls to a new toy, something Eli never did. In the old videos there is home decor on my tables and everything is not put away. Now it is all put away because he climbs and gets into everything, but I would not have it any other way. In honor of my wonderful little boy I thought I would share some videos. They are all about a year apart from each other. Becoming a big brother really made him grow up!!!

This is Eli about Lilliana's age. It was taken September '09. He would have been about six months. By this point he was crawling everywhere, sitting up on his own, and starting to walk around things. He never really crawled on hands and knees but did the army crawl most of the time and then walked. He also was getting into everything and knew the word "no." I am showing Anthony these videos and it is amazing how different the kids are. We both agreed Eli has always been hyper and into everything. He also has been smart and known a lot from a very young age.

Last year I thought Eli was talking so well. After looking at this next video I was so wrong. I also realized it is probably one of my favorite videos. He was such a ham. He still looks like a baby here and it is hard to believe it was only about a year ago a little less actually as it was recorded in October of last year.

The next ones are from April of this year. This is when he was going through his phase of no pictures so I was trying to do video of him. He also I think was still a little jealous of his sister. He was still being mischievous and silly!!

Then this is from last week. They love each other and he is such a good brother and son! I love my little man. He brings such a smile to my face even if he is crazy, mischivious, a handful, and into everything!
