LOOOONG Week

Well I have to say this was meant to be done Monday. Unfortunately it has been a weird week.

Last Saturday Anthony and I celebrated our five year anniversary! It was a nice relaxing night. Eli and Lilliana went to Grandma Terri's house for the night. They spent the night with her. This is only Lilliana's second night away and Eli's maybe 7th night. Needless to say it was much needed. They did ok. I think if we do it more they will do better. Anthony and I enjoyed a night in with take out from Olive Garden and a movie. 5 years later with 3 kids we are grateful for being able to watch TV in peace:) One day we will take a nice trip.

Sunday I got ready for the week. That evening I had a thought that this week would be crazy. Tomorrow is Eli's birthday and we are having their party. Wednesday I had a session. Thursday night I had a work meething and Friday I had actual work. So I had to plan a party and work plus day to day things with Anthony out of town. I planned accordingly though.

Well monday comes along and I am cleaning the bathroom when I hear Ari fall. The kids had been playing trains. He is pulling up to furniture and falls. I assumed it was just a normal day for that. Then I heard the scream and the no crying....basically I am screaming so loud I can't catch my breath. I ran into the room and I see blood splattered everywhere. I look all over thinking his nose was bleeding only to find the back of his head is cut open. He had landed on a bridge. So I calmly text my dear friend and she so kindly says probably take him in and Anthony's Aunt came to check and agreed. After a fiasco with insurance and where he could go I finally got him into urgent care. It was deep. He stopped crying as soon as I picked him up and it stopped bleeding as soon as I cleaned it. It was closing when we got to the urgent care. Regardless they put in a staple. The 3rd kid and this is our first injury requiring closing a wound.

I got home only to realise Lilliana's back was COVERED in what appeared to be chicken pox. SO we had had a good scare.

Well they were a lot less than that come evening and the next day gone. I have no idea what they were. So the one day that I had to really work on house things was all messed up.

Regardless of all the crazy things that happened throw in the stomach flu for us with Anthony gone we still had a good week..........

 We enjoyed watercolors.
