Sick days, New toys, and the future.

I meant to post this last night but Anthony made it home and so we spent some quality family time together as he has been working so much it has been nearly impossible.

The kids felt terrible yesterday. We still managed to have some fun. Eli and I did puzzles and he helped me make some more baby food. We also spent a few minutes outside with the chalk but they were content to just lay around and relax which was a nice break!

The best part is throwing the pieces when done.

Lilliana has a new toy. It is called Sophie the giraffe. Now these things can be rather pricey. Luckily I got it for cheap! Yes it looks like a glorified dog toy but honestly she loves it and don't take it away or your getting screamed at. Here is where you can learn more about her.

A couple posts back I talked about the possibility of sewing for  Modia Diapers. Well this next week I will get my first chance. Here are some of the adorable diapers that were made for us.
She is not feeling the greatest but we had to show off the fluff

This one is so summery and bright we love it.

So many exciting things going on in the future. Here is the one I am most excited about. After much consideration I have decided to go back to school. Now I originally hated college. I just did not enjoy it. Now I think I have finally found something I really want to get better at and have a degree in. I will be taking it slow but a little learning everyday won't hurt. It all started with this right here that solidified my desire along with talking to my good Friend Annabelle Bowers. Nick Kelsh is a famous photographer and amazing at what he does. He has created a facebook group that he teaches with and people submit pictures. He then does a "radio picture show" about his favorites or teaching moments. He also does assignments and then a special show. My goal has always been to get my picture in one show. He gets hundreds of pictures posted a day. Well I DID IT!! One of my photos made it. So I must be doing something right!! Here is the radio picture show. Annabelle has been a great inspiration and is also a photographer. She has really been an encouragement and helped in this decision. She is also an amazing photographer. I see a lot of her stuff on facebook of her cute little girl who is just a few weeks younger than Lilliana, but you can enjoy some of her work here. So all that to say I am going to be getting a degree in Photography. I don't know what the future holds once I have this degree but I do know that Anthony has his graphic design degree sooooo we could make a good team:) I will post my picture once again that I am so very proud of!!! I knew it was a good one the moment I captured it. I just never knew it would be the one thing that gave me the inspiration to finish school!!!

So work, school, kids, and just life!! I really hope I can keep up! I have an amazing family and great support so I think we can do it!

I was reminded once again how good God is by my children this morning as I woke up to one on one side of me and the other on the other side. They were both all curled up in the crooks of my arms. I was a bit uncomfortable but I loved every minute of it. I could smell and breath in their wonderful little smells. Eli smells like a little boy but so sweet. Lilliana smells just as every baby should smell and I know it will leave at one point but I don't want it to. Then they both woke up and smiled at me and it was yet another one of those moments that I know I will cherish forever. He knew just what we needed and I could not be any more blessed. God is truly is amazing!
