Celebrating 4

It has taken me a few weeks to get these pictures off my memory card. I have been going through old photos and purging. I have been really good about printing photos since Ari was born, sadly there is a good year of Lilliana's baby months that are not printed. I also just had files of each month stuck on my externals. They are finally all in order and organized. I also dumped a lot. Through this process I was able to go back and look at her the past 4 years. I just smile at the sweet girl she is becoming. I do miss her curly curly hair, but that is ok. Now, she has long beautiful hair. She is thinning out and loosing those adorable baby chunky cheeks. She is growing up.

I am sure when they are older birthday's will be a little more involved. The past two years, it has been easier to just keep it low key. The good news is they don't care. All they care about is that we are making cake together and they get balloons. Balloons are the favorite thing.

So of course we started our day off baking her cake.

Anthony came home early from work with balloons.

She wanted Pizza for dinner so we went out for dinner.

We came home for birthday cake and opening presents.

Her first set of Lip Smackers. They are going out of business so I bought her a few. Every girl needs at least one tube in their life. I have heard the new company is keeping everything about them, but we didn't want to take any chances.

In true Reuther kid fashion she was up at 6:00 a.m. the next morning begging me to help her build her new Lego. We got it done. I am amazed at Lego and the details they include. Nothing is forgotten. I think if they had these girl Legos when I was young, I would have loved them as much as the kids do.

She is another year older, and I am so thankful for her!
