Dance Party

Last night Anthony got home after being gone all week and we were thrilled! We had a pretty low key day yesterday. I was in a silly mood but only Lilliana appreciated it during the day. I tried having a dance party with Eli in the morning but he was not having it. When daddy got home though he was all about that. I turned up the music and we danced for a while. Anthony was so kind and got out the camera without me even asking. He had a hard time because I had it on manual settings so most of the pictures did not turn out and I remembered that halfway through so here are the few that we got.

Today I had a lot of stuff to do................................NONE of which I wanted to do but we got things done!! I am trying to learn Photo Shop and would like to spend the majority of my time doing that but unfortunately I have children and a house to take care of too so I am busy doing that.

Eli has two blankets he sleeps with every night. He was only supposed to have one and the other was a back up but he found the back up so now he has both. He was so kind to share them with Lilliana when he woke up this morning. I came in to find her peeking her little face out of them smiling from ear to ear.

It was one of those days where I had to drag the kids into the bathroom so I could take a bath. Eli actually took one with me. After bath we spiked his hair because it is finally a length we can. He thought that was pretty cool!

The highlight of the day was them helping me in the kitchen. They thought that was the coolest thing. Lilliana enjoyed looking at everything and Eli just loved helping.

Lilliana had gotten a spoon and os Eli thought he needed one too. I gave him the pasta one and he thought it was a brush and kept trying to brush his hair. Then after these next two pictures I decided maybe it was time I fired this kitchen help and found some new............

All in all it was a pretty easy going day. I can't wait for the weekend and have some fun crafts planned and activities to do with Eli. Lilliana will be there too I am sure. Happy Fourth of July everybody!!! Enjoy your weekend, be safe, and Praise the Lord that we live in such a GREAT NATION!!!!
